
GoCutHome Refund Policy
​This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds are processed for services provided by GoCutHome as managed by Auspico Management, LLC of Texas. All transactions are subject to the following conditions, effective as of September 10, 2025.
1. Cancellation by Client

Clients may cancel an appointment without penalty if notification is provided at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee, reflecting preparation and travel costs.

Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
2. No-Shows

Clients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notification will not be eligible for a refund.

A courtesy rescheduling may be offered at the discretion of GoCutHome, subject to availability.
3. Dissatisfaction with Services

If a client is dissatisfied with the service provided, they must notify GoCutHome within 24 hours of the appointment. A follow-up visit to address the concern may be arranged at no additional cost, where feasible.

Refunds for dissatisfaction will only be considered if the issue cannot be resolved through a corrective service, and approval is at the sole discretion of GoCutHome. Partial refunds may be issued in such cases, processed within 5-7 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Deposits

A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the service cost may be required to secure an appointment. This deposit will be applied toward the final payment unless cancellation or no-show policies apply.
5. Payment Disputes

In the event of a payment dispute (e.g., unauthorized charges), clients must contact GoCutHome within 30 days of the transaction. Refunds for disputed charges will be investigated and resolved accordingly, subject to verification.
6. Changes to Policy

GoCutHome reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Clients will be notified of changes via the website or email, and updated terms will apply to future bookings.
