Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the GoCutHome website (GoCutHome.com), the mobile haircut services provided by independent stylists, and the business relationship with Auspico Management, LLC, effective as of September 10, 2025. By accessing the website, booking services, or participating as a stylist, all parties agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

  • Use of GoCutHome services and the website, or participation as a stylist, constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

  • Auspico Management, LLC reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the website, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of changes.

2. Service Description

  • GoCutHome offers professional haircut and grooming services performed by independent stylists at clients’ homes or specified locations within the designated service area.

  • Services are facilitated through the GoCutHome platform, managed by Auspico Management, LLC, which provides website hosting, advertising, booking management, and business support.

3. Stylist Partnership

  • Independent stylists operate as independent contractors and are not employees of Auspico Management, LLC.

  • Stylists agree to pay Auspico Management, LLC a percentage of their proceeds (as specified in a separate agreement) for services including website management, marketing, advertising, customer support, and operational assistance.

  • Stylists are responsible for their own tools, insurance, and compliance with local licensing and health regulations.

4. Revenue Sharing

  • A mutually agreed percentage of each stylist’s proceeds from bookings made via GoCutHome will be remitted to Auspico Management, LLC. The exact percentage will be outlined in the stylist’s individual contract.

  • Payments to Auspico Management, LLC are due within [insert timeframe, e.g., 7 days] of each service completion, processed through the platform’s payment system.

  • Auspico Management, LLC will provide stylists with monthly statements detailing earnings and deductions.

5. Booking and Payment

  • Clients book appointments through the GoCutHome website. Stylists are notified and responsible for fulfilling services as agreed.

  • Clients pay for services at the time of appointment. Auspico Management, LLC will facilitate payment collection and distribute net proceeds to stylists after deducting the agreed percentage.

  • A non-refundable deposit may be required, as detailed in the Refund Policy.

6. Stylist Responsibilities

  • Stylists must provide a professional service, adhering to industry standards and maintaining hygiene protocols.

  • Stylists are responsible for travel to client locations and ensuring a safe working environment.

  • Stylists must promptly report cancellations or issues to Auspico Management, LLC via the designated platform.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the GoCutHome website, including logos, text, and images, is the property of Auspico Management, LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of website content by stylists or clients is prohibited without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Auspico Management, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from stylist performance, client dissatisfaction, or website use.

  • Liability for direct damages is limited to the amount of fees paid to Auspico Management, LLC for the specific service or transaction.

9. Termination of Relationship

  • Auspico Management, LLC may terminate a stylist’s participation for violation of these terms, poor performance, or failure to remit agreed proceeds.

  • Stylists may terminate their relationship with GoCutHome by providing [insert notice period, e.g., 30 days] written notice, subject to fulfilling outstanding obligations.

  • Terminated stylists are not entitled to refunds of fees paid to Auspico Management, LLC unless otherwise specified.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of [insert jurisdiction, e.g., the State of Texas], without regard to conflict of law principles.

  • Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, in the courts of [insert jurisdiction].
